- SERVICE NOT DONE BUT CHARGED FOR - - DON ADKINS - 12/25/2015 - comment
Don Adkins My wife took her 2012 Toyata Rav4 in for service on Dec. 22 for service and they marked tires at 4/32 and marked all 4 had abnormal wear??? Tires are wearing flat and smooth with no cupping, was supposed to rotate them but did NOT rotate them (had marks on them to see if they did rotate them). Did they check the air in them? Who knows !! Did not top off under hood fluids, told her air filter was bad (marked in red on service sheet)...I pulled it and looked at it and was barely even dirty, said cabin filter was marked in red on service sheet BUT like another dealer had done if it was that bad why did they not show it to her at time of service for her to make the decision to replace it...they supposedly had it out!!!! i will be calling the General Manager at the dealership, which I doubt it will do anygood and contacting Toyota Corporate as well...I trusted Toyota to take care of my wifes car since I am not around and now have NO faith in Stevenson Toyota.....Pecheles Toyota in Washington, N.C. now that is a dealer that you can trust.....if a part was bad (air filter etc) they brought it out and you made the decision whether to replace or what to do......
