I went in today, after getting, phone calls emails, text messages about my lease expiring. I told them exactly what I was looking for and all they wanted to know was how much am I putting down. Nothing like showing me the car that I wanted, or giving me any kind of options. You tell me that a freaking Hyundai is $50,000 but you cannot show me what I am looking for!!!! Is this how you treat a 12 1/2 year customer???? All I have to say is GFY!!!! I will go elsewhere and the salesman didn't even care when I said that. What a poor excuse of human beings that work there.
