I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2016 Kia Sorento from Huffines Kia in McKinney. The sales experience with Tony McLeod was exceptional. My experience with the Service Department has been terrible. What I thought was a simple reattachment of the fender well lining to the moulding around my right front wheel turned into one of the worst cases of customer service I have ever had. The first day I drove my car to work I had a co-worker notice that the lining on the fender well was loose. Since it wasn't that bad I waited several weeks to schedule an appointment to have it reattached. Since then I have been accused of bringing the car in with damage that should have been reported to my insurance company insinuating that I had either hit something or something had hit me (neither of which occurred). The car has been in the service department on two separate occasions for 3-4 days each and the fender well lining is still loose and the gap bigger than when I originally brought it in for repair. Very frustrating to deal with incompetent people. Can't get a straight answer from anyone.
