Lexus has this incredible obsession with floor mats. I delivered my Lexus 2014 460 SL for the 50,000 mile service on Saturday 2/18/17, took a loaner and returned on Sunday to pick up the car and return the loaner. This is my sixth Lexus, all purchased from Pohanka. Somebody had taken my rubber floor mats and probably trashed them. Usually they store them in the trunk which is a nuisance but this time someone at Pohanko decided I was not to be trusted with the mats. Matt Parbadia, the substitute supervisor without any decision making power apparently explained he would talk to the mechanic on Monday, but refused to even acknowledge in writing that the mats were missing. I am thoroughly pissed off. Let's see whether they produce the stolen, mislaid whatever mats eventually.
