At first glance, I was hesitant of calling to request services from CTS taxi. After calling a taxi company here in the LaCrosse area(they did NOt answer my call)---I then decided to try CTS taxi service. To my surprise, a representative by the name of Heidi(forgive me if i misspelled that) gave me great comfort & assurance about being picked up on time before and after my meeting. She was honest with me about waiting times depending on the time & day, but still, she was very professional & patient with listening to my concerns(especially with me traveling with small children). For those concerned about Covid19 regulations, CTS taxi sanitize their cabs after each client & the drivers wear their masks. The taxi driver showed up on time & I didn't wait long after my appointment either. Both drivers opened the door for me & were respectful. Overall I'm so thankful for this experience & mostly the professionalism here!! Thank you, Thank you! {Side note: I hope more clients are able to tip the drivers just to show a hint of appreciation towards them, it makes a world of difference for their day}
