It's the third time I've ridden in friendly checker cab coming back from Fort Lauderdale airport in the last five months and its always the same. They tell me it's a flat rate from the airport to my destination but when I arrive, the driver will change the fee and increase it by 25% or more. And if I didn't pay he wouldn't release my luggage. I had to call the cops on the last time. If you get to the ft Lauderdale airport pick. Different company. I checked on that company and its owner Helen Barak and found out neither her or her company have held a good standing in the community. They are known for pulling stunts lie this. As well as picking up fares in Miami Dade county which they aren't allowed to do, only in broward. Someone should sue them for this bait and switch they like to pull on people. I hope somebody shuts them down.
