- Very poor Customer Service - - Christy - 2/11/2014 - comment
This company has a great concept, however, the phone service that I experience on a regular basis is extremely poor. They provide services to individuals that are on Medicare/Medicaid. I am a caretaker for my mother so I have the responsibility of calling to schedule an appointment for them to come pick her up on the days that she has doctor's appointments. The wait time is generally 15 minutes or more and the tone of most individuals are far from pleasant. Many times you are just hung up on after waiting so long. I understand that these representatives may experience a busy day, however, a little more customer service goes a long way. If I had another option, I would more than likely go that route. Unfortunately, I do not.
