After calling the company to come pick me up I waited 20 minutes and when the driver finally arrived I got into the taxi only to sit for 20 more minutes while the driver waited for his friends to get in the car. Then on the way we picked up more passengers whom we did not know and were the last to be dropped at our destination 45 minutes after my initial call to the company. At this point I wanted to return to my home rather then my previous destination and was told I would be charged double after having to sit patiently waiting for so long. Extremely disappointed with the service and the inappropriate conversation that occurred on the speaker after the incident in Spanish which I speak fluent. I do not recommend this company and am very disgusted by the service.
