I called on Monday, August 7th and spoke to a Mr. Robert Eloff who claimed to be the owner/manager of this taxi company. The reason for my call was to discuss a fraudulent charge that was charged to my credit card on August 6th. Right off the bat Mr. Eloff was condescending, rude, derogatory and accusatory. He told me that the amount in which was "supposedly" (his words) charged to my account was not even worth his time and proceeded to tell me that I'm nuts because they only run services to and from Chicago areas which cost minimum of $160.00...which was far less than the fraudulent charge I have on my account. He then said that he didn't believe there was any such charge to my account and I responded by telling him that I have already talked to someone at my bank and I have the charge RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME ON PAPER. He proceeded to call me an ASSHOLE and told me that this isn't his problem. He then hung up on me. Did I mention that I don't live ANYWHERE near Milwaukee/Chicago area nor do I know anyone that does? Total jerk!!!

This company was to pick up 3 families traveling from Milwaukee to O'Hare airport at 4:15 am on 4/20/13. At 3:40 am the driver called the contact person and said he was in a ditch, had a flat tire, did not have a spare tire, and could not reach anyone at his company. Basically, we were left to jump in our 3 cars at the last minute, drive to O'Hare, and park in the structure at $33/night because we were not aware of available cheaper lots. Not only did we not receive an immediate apology from the owner, Robert Eloff, when he finally replied to our e-mail, he was rude, arrogant, and flippant! He was more interested in stating the amount of money ($400) he was "swindled" out of for a 2 mile tow, how may hours(18)he puts in a day, how there was something in the yard that "slashed" the tire ("another $200 shot"), and that in 40 years of business, this has never happened before. His only form of apology was "I'm sorry about the whole ordeal." So were we...NEVER, NEVER use this company.
