- WORST cab ride EVER..... - - dutch west - 8/17/2016 - comment
The cab driver was the rudest guy I ever met. My wife had a cat with her; the cab driver immediately claimed that he was allergic to cats...Nevertheless, my wife got in, the cabbie's companion immediately started to cough. Then he took us to another motel (at 90 mph)than we had indicated. Was cheaper, the man said (it was not). The cab ride would cost $35. Once at the motel, the driver rudely said: " get out" (verbatim). He then demanded $50 for the ride! He also went into the lobby with me and received a kick-back from the motel clerk.
     Anonymous user - 3/15/2018 - I would like to make a comment about the last two rides I have had with Black & White Cab Company for one thing I was late both times and this was a scheduled ride to Department of Human Services both of them I was late to my appointment today also by 10 minutes the cab driver cab number unknown for transport to location was going 80 miles an hour through city streets the cab driver taking me home cab number 45 was running red lights yellow lights going around other cars and very rude I asked him if he could please pull through McDonald's so I could get me something to eat as I was hungry he said he had to charge for wait time I can understand if somebody was going into the store but not a drive to McDonalds I hadn't had much to eat today I was at a doctors appointment he refused to stop without being giving money for this I used to drive for your cab company and I always was courteous and responsive to other people's needs I think people are too much into money and not enough into being kind and courteous money is not everything
