I just purchasef a car from this dealership the salesman Scott Staib told me that integrity auto inspects and services all vehicles and they have the oil changed etc .. that the owner Pat Boyle would be angry if the cars weren't .. NOT TRUE THIS HROUP IS SLEAXY THE CAR I BOUGHT A 2006 tax 330 had the maint required light come on 3 days after I purchased it. So I called them I talked to Scott and he said oh the guys at midtown didn't reset the reset button right and said to call down to midtown service main and Lewis in Wichita and ask for Robert .. we'll come to find out the car never was serviced needed an oil change .. I called back talked to Scott the salesman at integrity who stumbled and stutter and said oh well let me talk to my manager .. then calls me back tells me they are going to cover an oil change .. at midtown I decided to take it to a Lexus dealership and gave them look it over .. turns out tires are bad weathered and cracking .. I'm At the legal limit on brakes they are going to start grinding the timing belt needs replaced water pump and both my powersteering boots are cracked leaking grease ., I brought the Lexus back to integrity and Pat the owner tried to tell me that they had the service slip when I know he didn't .. then he said that he doesn't not have to cover the boots I said yes you do .. so he lied about the service then I said look I had it serviced and I put a remote start in ., I'm out that you can have the car back I want my check back and my trade in that was still on the lot .. I said I had rights and I have 30 days and there is a lemon law .. he laughed at me forgot my name and then said to talk to his attorney ..
