C.A.R.S Warranty sucks I was out $400+ because the warranty said it would pay for the specific thing I had done (after all said and done it didn't) Rockbottom Motors doesn't look over its cars before they sell them!!! They have lost several of my car payment checks. Rick George never returns your calls back. The one employee he has knows nothing. How they are still in business blows my mind.

I purchased a vehicle from Rock Bottom Motor and 6 days later the engine blew up. Rock Bottom gives you a CARS warranty for Engine and Transmission so I thought I was covered. Never deal with a dealership who gives a CARS warranty. The owner at Rock Bottom and garages I spoke with warned against this warranty company. CARS warranty wanted the garage to completely tear down the engine at my expense, $200.00 or more and still they are known to deny claims. I am also out the towing cost of $85.00. The owner at Rock Bottom said, "It was ok when you drove it off the lot". I am now out 2200.00 for a 1999 vehicle. Rich George told me he would see me in court and hung up on me. Never deal with Rock Bottom or a CARS warranty.
