My wife and I we stuck sitting on the side of the Interstate near Buford GA for almost 2 1/2 hours waiting on our insurance roadside service to get a tow truck to us when we decided to call Willard wrecker service on our own because the other guy kept saying he was hung up in traffic and then said the driver couldn’t make it and he would dispatch another service. We told him to forget it and Willard wrecker service had someone there in thirty minutes. The guy from Willard was Scott #672 and he was the best!!! He was super nice and helpful in every way. We had no way to get off the interstate so they allowed us to ride with Scott to drop our Tahoe off then allowed him to drive us back to our hotel where we were staying for $115. Unbelievable! We were on an out of town trip when we broke down. The only thing that would have made it better would have been for me to have called Willard Wrecker Service first. We had to use the service again the next morning to move our Tahoe from Ammco to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. The same great service the next morning. I don’t remember that guy’s name but a great guy too. He was in and out quickly. I can’t say enough good about AJ at Ammco there in Buford as well as Jeff Banker and crew at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. They all made our trip turn out as well as humanly possible. Thank you all!!!!! September 1-2, 2021
