I have used Tanner's multiple times throughout the years. I hate having to pay to have my car towed , but I mean what can you do? No one is going to give you a handout. They have always been fair. I don't know why the previous comment was even left. They failed to mention that we in Central Arkansas had a massive snow storm move through 12/25/2012. The central Arkansas area lost power for five to seven days depending on where you lived. Lots of trucks we stranded. Sounds like the person was pretty selfish wanted to put others lives at risk. Tanners towed my Freightliner in on the evening of Christmas day, 12/25/12 and told me they would reattach the wire to the starter the next day. Every day since then they have promised they would be done that day before close of business. They lost my key to my truck and had to come to Alexander to pick it up and still after two days have not fixed my truck. Today is Saturday 12/29/12 and I am still waiting and have again been told that they will have it finished today...... I am losing $500.00 per day while they play with me, lying to me while they make their money hauling cars and leave my truck sitting, because they know that I cannot do anything else except wait for them. They are just taking advantage of the situation. They may have a contract with the police department to remove vehicles when they need it but don't be fooled into thinking that that means they are ethical or honest.
